IPCA’s Campus has a canteen located in SASIPCA’s building which offers lunch and dinner every working day and lunch on Saturday. The cafeteria at Braga’s Campus, serves lunch from Monday to Friday. The meals offer the option of meat, fish, diet and vegetarian. The meal has the cost of 2,50€ (advanced purchase). It is possible to buy the meal ticket on the spot, for 3,75€.
In order to buy the meal ticket, the student must top-up the plafond at the canteen (minimum of 5€) and after that access the meal ticket platform and follow these steps:
– Access the Social Services website http://www.sas.ipca.pt, –» link alimentação; –» link cantina; –» link Aquisição de Senha (on teh right side of the page)
– Do the authentication, using your login and password for IPCA’s online services;
– In order to choose the meal, define: Canteen, Date, Type of Meal and Dish;
– Finish the process with “Confirmar”, “Guardar” and “Finalizar”.
IMPORTANT: Before doing the first top-up to the account, the student must activate the platform by login in and doing steps 1 and 2.
Through the platform the student will have access to the following features: booking a meal ticket, cancelling a meal ticket, list of purchases and list of top-ups.
NOTE: The areas meant for meals, both at IPCA’s Campus and in Braga, outside of meal times, can be used as recreation or group study rooms.
There are 3 cafeterias at IPCA’s campus, located at the canteen, the School of Management and the School of Design. The Braga Campus also has a cafeteria. IPCA’s Academic Community has, in these spaces, access to cafeteria items, snacks and pastries, at affordable prices.
The pantries are spaces available at IPCA Campuses (Barcelos, Braga, Guimarães and Vila Nova de Famalicão), equipped with microwaves, fridges (Barcelos Campus), where students can store and heat the food they bring from home.
There are vending machines installed at IPCA’s Campuses (Barcelos, Braga, Guimarães and Vila Nova de Famalicão), allowing students to enjoy hot beverages and snacks, at any moment, without being solely reliant on the working hours of the food services units.
