The Management Board is IPCA’s governing body and is responsible for managing IPCA’s administration, assets and finances, as well as human resources.
The Management Board is made up of a maximum of five members, including IPCA’s president, who presides, at least one of the vice-presidents appointed by the president, and the administrator, who will act as secretary. The management board may also include one or two members with recognised competence in the field of management, freely chosen by the president from among the vice-presidents and pro-presidents and from IPCA teaching or non-teaching staff.
The term of office of the members of the management board is the same as the term of office of the president who appointed them.
