Catherine Prentice is and Associated Professor of the Griffith Business School, Australia.
Catherine Prentice has worked in several sectors as a business owner and senior executive, has published several articles in marketing, tourism and hospitality magazines. Currently, she is an associated editor of the Journal of Global Scholars of Marketing Sciences and a member of the editorial council of the Journal of Business Research, the Australasia Marketing Journal, the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management among many other publications.
João Fernandes is the responsible person for the Observatório para o Turismo Sustentável and the President of the Turismo do Algarve. João has a degree in Environmental Engineering and a post-graduation in Business Management from the University of Algarve. João has always been closely connected to the advanced training in the areas of Management, Marketing, Tourism, Human Resources and Environment, by the following Universities: ISCTE; Instituto de Gestão de Hospitalidade; École Hôtelière de Lausanne, Novaforum – Nova University of Lisbon.
