The InIPCA mentoring programme aims to contribute to the full, healthy and proactive integration and development of transversal skills, such as personal, social and interpersonal skills, which are structural to the personal growth and academic success of students entering a degree programme for the first time.
InIPCA is a student-to-student mentoring programme in which mentors accompany new students (mentees). This mentoring focuses on issues related to adjusting to higher education, namely the structural aspects of the course, relationships with colleagues, characteristics and skills that need to be developed in order to achieve a successful degree.
