This Short Advanced Programme (SAP) is jointly coordinated by IPCA (host) and Technological University of the Shannon: Midlands Midwest (TUS), delivered under the Entrepreneurship strand of Work Package 4.

On 26 and 27 May, the RUN-EU university alliance came together at the Howest University of Applied Sciences, in Bruges, to mark a new milestone in their shared journey: the launch of the FILS HUB, a collaborative space for learning and innovation that forms part of Milestone 15 in Work Package 4 (WP4) of the project.

The 12th edition of CONFIA — International Conference on Illustration and Animation will take place on June 26 and 27, organized by IPCA in partnership with ID+ – Research Institute for Design, Media and Culture, and hosted at ESMAD – School of Media, Arts and Design, in Vila do Conde, Portugal.

The EPA-Mission: “Creative Regions in AI Times" came to a close today at the Polytechnic Univeristy of Cávado and Ave (IPCA), in Barcelos. Held from 13 to 16 May, the event brought together representatives from several institutions that are part of the European alliance RUN-EU.

As part of the European Programme Academy of RUN-EU, each institution will host an EPA Mission. The aim is to facilitate the collection of ideas and the creation of collaboration across the regions.

On the 25th of February 2025, IPCA Campus hosted the first edition of RUN-EU INNHOTON, an innovative competition based on the hackathon format, dedicated to the Circular Economy and which brought together more than 30 participants, including students from IPCA and the Secondary School of Barcelinhos.

IPCA has opened the 1st phase of applications for Undergraduate Courses for International Students. Applications close on 31 March 2024.

The Coordination Committee of the Tordesilhas Group approved the creation of the Tordesilhas Doctoral College (TDC) for Economics, Accounting, and Business on 8 January 2025. This initiative brings together six higher education institutions, including the Polytechnic University of Cávado and Ave (IPCA).

The RUN Discovery Student Academy is a comprehensive mentoring programme coordinated by the Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences (FHV).
