The TDC will be coordinated by the University of Seville (Spain) and will include the University of Aveiro (Portugal), Mackenzie Presbyterian University (Brazil), the Federal University of Pernambuco (Brazil), the Polytechnic Institute of Guarda (Portugal), and Polytechnic University of Cávado and Ave (Portugal).
